Our veteran safety team is field experienced, helping them to anticipate and train crews to avoid site hazards. To foster a genuine culture of safety, National goes beyond MSHA and OSHA requirements to train our rig crews. In fact, 55 hours of safety training are logged by new crews at the company's training facility in Salt Lake City, Utah before they are placed in the field. Through our rigorous safety training process, employees complete lessons that are relevant to the work environment – not just a classroom.
National continues its commitment to safety by holding weekly safety meetings, regularly inspecting rigs and crews, and keeping an open line of communication with clients regarding safety issues specific to their sites. In addition, National eliminates risk exposure and insures top safety performance by modifying rigs with special guards, railings, rod handling systems and hands-free tools.
